Addiction, joy and heartache

Sandy Swenson shares her story of her addiction related journey with her oldest son, Joey.  A son who is lost to her, lost to the streets, and lost to his addiction. Despite the grief of this ongoing experience, Sandy enlightens us with her courageous commitment to find strength and joy in her commitment find the strength to live her life and honor her son. Even though the addiction has control over her son, she will not let help the addiction destroy him or destroy her.  If she does, then the addiction wins.
